Whiplash Injury
Still dealing with neck pain, stiffness, or headaches after a sudden jolt or accident? You may be experiencing a whiplash injury—a soft tissue injury that can affect your neck, shoulders, and even your back. At Theracave, we provide focused physical therapy to help relieve pain, restore movement, and support full recovery after whiplash.
Whiplash is a neck injury that occurs when the head is forcefully and quickly thrown backward and then forward—similar to the cracking of a whip. This sudden motion can strain or damage muscles, ligaments, discs, and nerves in the cervical spine. Whiplash may not always present symptoms right away, but it can lead to long-term discomfort if left untreated.

Without a doubt this is the best Physical Therapy experience I have ever had (and I have had several). I have worked with Ayoub Zianai (AZ) and Hesham Abdel-Salam and they are both consummate professionals. A very thorough evaluation was done to start and a treatment plan reviewed. So much more extensive than other PT facilities which just take the referring Dr's prescription and assign exercises. Each week we discuss what is happening and modifications are made if necessary. Both practitioners are easy to speak with and very caring. I highly recommend TheraCave!Posted on Google![]()

I can’t recommend Theracave enough! I came in with herniated discs in my neck that were causing arm pain and making it difficult to work out at all. Hesham took a truly one-on-one approach, helping me understand where the pain was coming from and working on strengthening the areas of my back that needed support. He told me he’d get me back in the gym, and after about 18 sessions, I’m slowly getting back to running and lifting weights with so much more confidence. I also worked with Ayoub, who is lovely, attentive and patient. Both made me feel heard and supported throughout the process. The medical massages made a huge difference, with some of my pain going away and never returning, and the dry needling helped loosen things up. What stands out most is their gentle, science-backed and detail-oriented approach. It’s clear they understand the body and take the time to address what’s actually causing your symptoms. If you’re working toward a goal and want truly personalized care, I highly recommend them!Posted on Google![]()
